Well here I am at the office for one of the last times this summer. My job actually finished on Friday but I am preaching this Sunday and this is the place I get my best work done. I really can't believe that this is it. I am all done for the summer. My next visit to the ol office will probably be to pack up my stuff and get ready to head back for Maritime Christian College.
This has been a summer of new experiences. I had never been so busy in my entire life. I really think that this summer more than ever has given me a taste of what work in ministry is really like. See, there are times when I can't believe I get paid to do what I do and others when I wonder what I would make if I was paid by the hour. Don't get me wrong I love what I do. Even when there are things that are amazingly difficult, it is my desire and passion to help people and to minister to them.
They tell us at MCC, "If you can see yourself doing anything else, by all means, go do it." and I can't. This is what I have been called to do. To all of you who I have worked with this summer, thank you for the opportunity to minister and to grow.
So as I pack it in another summer is in the books. MCC, here I come.

Well Dan, you may have grown but we as youth have grown through you! We dont want you to leave but we all need to go in learn... and You have 2 years down might as well finish lol Well We're gonna miss yah but we'll see for Thanksgiving and eXalt and Christmas! lol See ya around Dan :)

Well Dan what can i say to the guy that changed my life for the best this summer! but i'm sure gunna miss you. well actually i already do! you helped me through alot this summer and i'm glad i got to talk to you about them! your the best Dan! i'm never going to forget you and well i don't think anyone will!! haha but i know when you come back for good i really need to talk to you about sumthing important and i think you already know what it is! love you Cuz!!
